We also like to run your packaging operations completely: With guaranteed service levels, e.g. with reject rates of less than 1 %, we continue to commit the yardstick we set. Throughput times or different package types or the virtualization of your packages are part of the service level agreements as well. Wise Package Studio is currently released and in the market with release 8.0. By end of 2011 / beginning of 2012 one more maintenance release is announced and will be the end of further development for Wise Package Studio. The announced release will contain fixes to address critical bugs, a 64-bit-support for the WiseScript-Editor and Setup-Capture-Tools. A full migration into the new packaging tool "AdminStudio for Symantec" will be offered to migrate todays installations and projects into AdminStudio. As a Wise customer you will enjoy the opportunity to easily migrate to "AdminStudio for Symantec" and you will profit from these product characteristics:

Possibility to re-package 64-bit-applications into the .MSI-format (Windows Installer). This is important, since more and more companies move to Windows 7 and therefore use 64-bit-Windows-Clients and –Applications as a standard.
An add-on application virtualization pack in "AdminStudio for Symantec" offers the possibility to re-package applications into native packaging formats, which are supported by leading vendors to virtualise applications (e.g. App-V from Microsoft, ThinApp from VMware and XenApp from Citrix).
